Privacy notice
Last revised: 29/09/2026
1. Scope in one paragraph
Nobody registers here, nobody pays us, and we run no forms apart from the email link. As a result, the personal information in our hands falls into three groups only: technical records created when a page is requested, the cookie preference you set (plus statistics, if you allow them), and messages readers decide to email us. For each group, this notice sets out why we hold it, for how long, and which requests you are entitled to make about it under UK data protection law, namely the Data Protection Act of 2018 and the retained British version of the GDPR.
2. The controller
The editors who publish this site decide how this information is used, which makes us its controller. We operate independently of Jokabet and of Investan N.V. Details you hand over after clicking through to the casino fall under Jokabet's own privacy policy.
3. Technical records
Each time a browser asks for a page, the hosting server notes the IP address, a timestamp, the address requested, a short description of the browser and device, and the referring address if there is one. These records keep the site working and help us detect misuse. We rely on legitimate interests here: a site that cannot be secured cannot be published. Records are cleared automatically after 30 days, except where one is held back to look into a specific attack.
4. Cookie preference and statistics
Your banner choice is remembered by a single essential cookie. Nothing optional is placed unless you say yes in the banner, and a yes can be taken back later. The cookie notice lists each cookie. Statistics reach us as totals, such as how many people read a page, and never as a trail of one reader's visits. They help us decide which pages to re-check first when Jokabet changes its terms.
5. Your emails
Writing to us shares your address, any name you sign with and the content of the message. We use that to answer and, where a reader flags something outdated, to fix the page. Messages are erased 12 months after the last exchange, sooner if you ask. Please leave out passwords, identity documents and card numbers: we do not need them and delete them on sight.
6. Things we never do
- Sell, rent or trade personal information.
- Hand reader emails to Jokabet or to any other gambling company.
- Profile readers for advertising or put anyone on a mailing list.
7. Processors and transfers
A hosting company, and a statistics provider when you have consented, handle data for us under written contracts. If either stores information outside the United Kingdom, the transfer is covered by a UK adequacy decision or by the international data transfer agreement approved under UK law.
8. Your rights
You may ask for a copy of what we hold on you, have mistakes fixed, have data erased, restrict or object to how it is used, and withdraw consent without affecting anything done before. Send the request through our editorial inbox; a full answer follows within a month.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) is the UK regulator for data protection complaints, and you can go to it directly. Please contact us before that if you can; most problems are quicker to fix directly.
9. Revisions
Changes to our practices lead to a new version of this notice, and a substantial one will be mentioned on the home page for a few weeks. This version dates from September 2026. The general rules for the site are in our conditions of use; the review itself starts on the home page.
