1. Email is the way in
The editors share one inbox, and email is the only route to it. Write to us here. Most messages get an answer within two working days.
There is no phone number and no chat window. We are a small team, and working by email means we can check a fact before replying rather than guessing on the spot. It also leaves a written trail on both sides, which matters when a correction involves a figure, such as a payout time or a wagering rule, that we must first confirm against Jokabet's current terms.
A few details make a reply faster: the page you were reading, when you spotted the issue and, for experiences at Jokabet, the payment method involved. Screenshots are welcome once personal details are blacked out. One topic per email also helps, since corrections and privacy requests go through different checks.
2. What we can do for you
- Fix a page where a bonus rule, payout time or payment option has drifted out of date.
- Explain how we tested something and why we reached a particular verdict.
- Hear about your time at Jokabet, positive or negative, for a future update.
- Handle requests about personal data, as set out in our privacy notice.
- Consider requests to quote or republish our work.
3. What is outside our reach
We review Jokabet; we are not Jokabet. Casino accounts, balances, uploaded documents and payment records are all invisible to us, so we cannot hurry a payout, cancel a bet or reopen a locked account. Those requests belong with the casino: its live chat, open 24/7 from the icon in the lower right corner of the site, or the email address it publishes.
If support does not resolve things, put a complaint to Jokabet in writing. Beyond that, because its permit comes from Curaçao, an unresolved case goes to the Curaçao Gaming Authority; UK dispute services have no jurisdiction.
4. Please keep these out of your email
- Passwords or other login details.
- Scans of passports, driving licences or bank statements.
- Complete card numbers.
We will never request any of them. A message that claims to be from us and asks for them is fake.
5. What happens after you write
Every email is read by an editor. Before changing a page we check the point against Jokabet's current terms and, where we can, against our own account, so a correction can take a few days even when you are clearly right. You will hear from us if your message changes a page. Experiences may be quoted in shortened form under your first name and town, and only with your permission.
Correspondence is deleted after 12 months, in line with the privacy notice, or earlier if you ask.
6. If gambling is hurting you
If the reason you are writing is that gambling has got out of hand, please phone the National Gambling Helpline first, on 0808 8020 133. Calling is free of charge, and the line never closes. More options, including blockers that work where GamStop does not, are on our player protection page.
7. Operators, networks and press
Business contacts use the same inbox. We read everything, but we accept no money for reviews, rankings or the removal of criticism; the editorial disclaimer sets this out. Our payout findings are on the casino page.
